My older sister has been in town since last week. Yesterday, as we were hiking, she said, "De, your anniversary is coming up huh? Can't believe it's almost 3 years!"
And then she went on, "You know what? A husband's greatest test is when he's at the highest of his career. A wife's greatest test is when her husband's at the lowest of his career. Think about it. Do you agree?"
Hearing these words of wisdom coming from my sister who is not yet married is very pleasing to my ears and heart. And yes, I agree. A good reminder. So I thought I would share it with you guys as well.
